This policy explains how Lead Lifeguard (“Lead Lifeguard”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit this website, use the live voice demo, or book a walkthrough.

Information we collect

• Website analytics. If enabled, we use analytics and advertising measurement tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) that may collect page views, interactions, device and browser information, and approximate location.
• Campaign attribution. If you arrive from an ad or link containing campaign parameters (for example utm_source, fbclid or gclid), we keep them in your browser's session storage so we can understand which campaigns work and pass them along when you book.
• Live voice demo. See the next section.
• Booking. Booking buttons redirect you to our scheduling provider. We do not collect your booking details on this website; the scheduling provider's own privacy policy applies to information you enter there.
• Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send.

Live voice demo

The demo is optional. Your browser asks for microphone access only after you click to start it. The demo uses AI voice technology, and audio and transcripts may be processed by our voice technology provider to operate and improve the demo. You are speaking with an AI assistant, not a human. Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial, health or government ID details) during the demo.

How we use information

To operate and improve this website and the demo, understand marketing performance, respond to enquiries, and arrange walkthroughs. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to run the site and demo, including hosting, analytics/advertising measurement, a voice technology provider, and a scheduling provider. They process information on our behalf or under their own terms.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Voice demo data is retained according to our voice provider's settings and our configuration.
